[omaha] Python Koans

Very true about the editor/IDE.  It made a good intro experience for me as
I have been using sublime more and more.  It was a decent wayt to test out
SublimeRope (a rope implementation for sublime) and pylinter (pylint
packaged for sublime).  Both of which, I like.
