I offered the SL4A idea as a beginner Python exercise and to see how well
SL4A works on different devices.

I understand your point that SL4A is not a good model for distributing
apps.  It is times like these that make me wish I had stuck with java!

Anyone want to present or comment on a better way to author android apps
with Python?

btw, the last meeting was under attended, but the beer cheese lasagna was
awesome!
