Articles like: Python for Scientific Computing

Here is a quote from the Guest Editor, Paul F. Dubois,"This issue's
special theme is the computer programming language Python and the
increasing role it plays in scientific projects. Free and universally
available, Python comes with a vast standard library containing
support for nearly every area of computer science."

Now this is cool -- I know people who are using python for astronomy,
bio-informatics and more. Articles like this go along way in
introducing Python to a broader audience.

*Note: Not all articles in the issue are available electronically to non-members
