Hi Chuck,

the tarball seems to be incomplete, hope that does not bode ill ;-)

FWIW, the maintenance/1.11.x branch (there is no tag for the beta?) builds and passes all tests with Python 2.7.11
and 3.5.1 on  Mac OS X 10.10.
