Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone else has been running into issues with the Python
3.3 i386 build on Travis.  There have been several occasions when the build
has strangely failed (and none of the others did) even though there was no
plausible way for my changes to break it (see here
<https://github.com/numpy/numpy/pull/6831>).  Does anyone have an idea as
to why this is happening?
