The local checkout on my machine stopped working:
$ svn up
svn: 'http://scipy.org/svn/numpy/trunk' path not found
I had to do a fresh checkout from http://svn.scipy.org/svn/numpy/
(note changed URL).
Maybe the problem is related? It looks like http://scipy.org/svn/numpy
no longer resolves to the SVN repository...
