[Numpy-discussion] Building on WinXP 64-bit, Intel Compilers

Maybe I declared success too soon... The build / install of numpy seems to work (using MS C++ / Intel Fortran), but upon trying to import numpy I get:

ImportError: DLL load failed: Invalid access to memory location.
To make matters more interesting, a second attempt leads to something different:
