[Numpy-discussion] numpy-0.9.5 build is not clean

Dear Andrew,

I forgot to delete the include files from the previous installation,
which I installed manually by copying the include files. Sorry for the
trouble.

Hope this helps someone, if (s)he does the same mistake as mine.
