As you see in 2022-03-24_python3.10.3.png
the navigation bar in python3103.chm is broken.

In 2022-03-24_python3.10.2.png you see the same 
the same for python3102.chm.

I suppose it would make sense:
- to hide this navigation bar when you create a chm
- to have a file download of the html docs as zip file for offline
  working (like in the djangoproject.com)
