[New-bugs-announce] [issue22782] Python 3.4.2 Windows installer - cannot install 32 bit then 64 bit version

New submission from Paul Moore:

When you install Python 3.4.2 32 bit and 64 bit on the same PC, in that order, the second one you install shows a red error message on the install screen, saying "This update will replace your existing Python 3.4 installation", and proceeds to uninstall the 32-bit version before installing. This is even though the two are being installed into different directories.

This does not happen if the 64 bit install is done first (which is a huge relief, as otherwise it's not possible to install the 2 versions side by side).
