[New-bugs-announce] [issue14949] Documentation should state clearly the differences between "pysetup run install_dist" and "pysetup install"

Alexis Metaireau report at bugs.python.org

New submission from Alexis Metaireau <alexis at notmyidea.org>:

The packaging tutorial currently talks about "pysetup run install_dist" and "pysetup install" which aren't doing the same thing: one fetches the dependencies while the other doesn't.

This should be stated clearly.
