Attached is the tarball for simplejson 1.9, the proposed version to be
included in the stdlib.

Estimated work remaining:

 * Rename simplejson to json
 * Build simplejson/_speedups.c from Modules/Setup and Windows projects
 * Convert documentation to Python docs
 * Port to Python 3.0
