[Neuroimaging] dipy model fit question

Hello,


I am just starting out with dipy and have a simple question.


After generating my mask and fitting a tensort model, the FA image which I obtain is reduced in size from the original image (as the background is clipped).


I would like to obtain the fa map back in the original data shape, is this possible?
