[Neuroimaging] PySurfer Py3k support

It only required a few changes, feel free to try the PR if you're curious:

Right now it's not easy to use since Mayavi and VTK need to be installed
manually, but the Anaconda folks have some packaging in progress that will
hopefully make it easier soon.
