[Neuroimaging] [DIPY] Selection results for GSoC 2016

Dear all,

Shahnawaz Ahmed, Ranveer Aggarwal, Bishakh Ghosh and Riddhish Bhalodia are
the 4 students selected for participating at GSoC with DIPY.
This is really great news as we moved from 2 funded projects (last year) to
4 (this year).

We would like to thank everyone who applied and especially those who
submitted fixes and PRs and welcome them to continue contributing beyond
GSoC.

Now for the 4 students (and their mentors) there is plenty of very cool but
also very hard work to do during this summer!!! So, RISE and GRIND!!!

p.s. As the students move forward with their projects their will be
reporting their progress in their blogs. You may also have an eye for their
upcoming PRs.
