[Neuroimaging] Nibabel 2.0.2 bugfix release

I know how much work @Chris put into this--and into lots of pull requests
and code reviews that weren't included here--so huge thanks to him.

And of course, thanks to Matthew Brett for the wide-ranging contribution he
makes to nibabel and the nipy community.
