I assume you are talking about neurodebian.ovgu.de?

This is a mirror of neuro.debian.net (currently used to showcase the new
site). This cite is
completely static and rebuilt on demand (underlying data changes) all with
custom hand-polished
scripts from the 70s... ;-)
