[Neuroimaging] 3d registration for data fusion in material science

     Dear Gael,

     If you're talking about the registration code in nipy, this is BSD 
code, so there is essentially no restriction to using/adapting it for 
your own purpose. You might want to collaborate with Alexis Roche who is 
the main author of this code.
