[PyDelhi] Regarding tech talk

Greetings!
IIIT Delhi is holding its annual tech fest, Esya on 23rd and 24th August
2019. As part of
Esya, we are organising an Open Source Meetup and we are excited to invite
<PyDelhi>  to be part of the same.
Our goal is to bring together the members of various open source
communities to give
talks that are on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration
– and promote
the open source culture.
The meetup will be a full-day event and will be held in one of the seminar
halls in our
college. The entry to the meetup would be free for all. The basic structure
of the meetup
would consist of talks by all the participating communities followed by
sessions about
opportunities for students like GSoC, Outreachy, among other internships.
We will put a
call for proposals for talks among the participating organisations. The
proposals would
be reviewed by a group of admins of these organisations and the chosen ones
would be
presented on the day of the meetup.
The meetup is tentatively scheduled for 24th August 2019. We believe that
the
participation of <PyDelhi> would be a great addition to the meetup. Please
let us know if <PyDelhi> would be interested in being a part of it. We look
forward to hearing from you soon.
