[Ncr-Python.in] Meetup

@Vinay thanks for the suggestion. But not sure if everyone would be
able to travel till there. I know I personally would not like to
travel that long.

Anyways any suggestions are welcome. If nothing comes up I am sure we
can get some way getting it hosted in JNU


By the way:
I guess everyone in for the idea of handon hacking session rather than Gyan.
