[Ncr-Python.in] July Meetup

I'd like to rather sit and work on something rather than just meeting up
randomly. If people are up for it and need space, Wingify would be more
than happy to host. Our office is in Netaji Subhash Place. But I will need
a confirmation for making all the arrangements.

The only thing that we have missing right now is a space for presentation.
We have rather small rooms where we can do presentations.
