Linux users groups Delhi meets every second Saturday  in JNU , we can start
getting together and talk about Python to begin with once you or others
feel the groups and the interest is specific enough you can think of other
times and place to meetup , no need of Facebook etc we can start talking
about it on the mailing lists itself.
