[moin-user] RTL with memodump?

Hi!

We have a "English" wiki with lots of languages. We moved to memodump a 
few years back as we wanted mobile support however it seems RTL doesn't 
really work probably: adding #language fa does show the editing window 
in RTL but once saved the page is just LTR.

Looking deeper the css, memodump is based on Bootstrap 3.2.0 and doesn't 
seem to have any RTL idrectives in it. We moved the RTL directives from 
Modernized to its css with no success though.

Any idea how to fix that?
