[moin-user] MoinMoin 1.9.9 MakeInvitation

Hello everybody,

I try to implement the MakeInvitation macro.
https://moinmo.in/FeatureRequests/MakeInvitations

When I open the page, I get following error:

<<MakeInvitation: Execution failed ['AllContext' object has no attribute 'getPathinfo']>>

Is the solution for v1.7.2 applicable for v1.9.9?
