./m run --host 104.155.16.89 --port 8080
But, if the browser and server are running on the same PC, you should just use "./m run" and access via 127.0.0.1:8080.
If you are trying to run moin2 on a server and access it from the world, then be careful about using the built-in server. I haven't looked at Moin 2.0 properly, but I guess there's a setting somewhere
for the server address. It looks like specifying the --host option will help
when running the command to start the server:
