[Moin-user] Infinite loop...

Hmm, that URL looks a bit like the wiki (or rather the web server) is
configured wrong (missing "/" somewhere? path_info trouble?).

The "please use the interactive user interface" message is strange (that
is maybe another problem, unrelated to the URL problem). I have seen it
now and then, but it only seems to happen on first request or first edit
somehow, so just go back and submit again if you see it.
