[Moin-user] Using IFRAME

I tried using IFRAME with moin 1.7.1 as follows

<IFRAME SRC="foo.com"></IFRAME>

But I get empty page.  If instead I put the same directive in a macro,
it works fine.  Is that so by design, or I don't understand the right
way to use it?
