[Moin-user] Desktop Edition

As I recall, Jonas, there's really no way to do this.

If you're using the Desktop Edition, though, I don't see how it would be a
huge issue. You're running a small local wiki for one or two users, yeah? If
it's many more than that, set up moin properly; it's not too difficult a
process and this list can help a lot with it.
