[Moin-user] Howto move data from 1.3.3 to 1.5.2

As 1.3.3 didn't contain the mig10 and mig11 (1.3.5 did), you need to run 
them (if you did not do that already) to reach 1.3.5 level.

There are no special steps needed for going from 1.3.5 to 1.5.2.
