[Moin-user] macro for all anchor tags in the wiki?

Is there any macro to show all anchors in the wiki?  For example, say
I have one page with

  [[Anchorname(firstanchor)]]

and another page with

  [#secondanchor Second Anchor Text]

, is there a single macro that will produce an index with


   firstanchor
   secondanchor

as the entries?   Thanks,
