Yes.

The cache is updated automatically. Interestingly, those links were not
used in 1.0 for Fulltextsearch AFAIK. But 1.3 supports it now. Try
[[Fullsearch(linkto:CategoryName)]]

Reducing the no. of pages will speed up the process as well.
