Information or attributes only flow in one direction, from the
identity provider to the service provider (the wiki in this case). So
it is normally not possible to sync user preferences. You can give the
user at the Identityprovider additional attributes which contain user
preferences. These can be transmitted during the authentication
process. Normally the system is only for authentication.
