[Moin-user] error on ?test

RecentChanges and UserPrefences use macros for their main functionality.

If they work, then maybe simply that test is broken, but code works 
nevertheless.

I didn't look into that for 1.1 now, but we will try to have a 1.2 with 
100% working tests mid february.
