[Moin-user] Automatic generation of users for moin and htaccess

Hi out there,

I started to use MoinMoin for a closed Wiki about forensics.

Everybody get a htaccess account (done be me via ssh). If the user
exists, htaccess passes the password and the username to MoinMoin. That
is ok and it works.

How can I all these things at one time:
- Adding TestUser with TestPassword to .htaccess
- Adding TestUser to MoinMoin with special usersettings (doubleclick to
  edit, etc.)
