You can do this (on Windows, similarly on unix with a shell script):

@echo off
c:
cd \wiki-instance
set PYTHONPATH=c:\moin
python.exe -c "import MoinMoin.httpdmain; MoinMoin.httpdmain.run()"


This is not yet officially supported, but should work for ONE person.
