There are several similar options, like adding a macro that does about the 
same as the faq.cgi does now, only embedded into the wiki (FaqBrowser).

Then, you could have a related macro that allows viewing only (FaqRef).

You could also convert the current faq files to moin include pages, and 
then have a special editor work on those.
