[Moin-user] incorrect form action?

Typing something into the new search box at the bottom of the page leads
nowhere.

type "thing" into the title search box at the footer of the page

result: The requested URL /notes/FrontPage was not found on this server.

The form action is <form method="POST" action="FrontPage">

It should probably be action="moin.cgi/FrontPage" or something like that
perhaps?
