[Moin-devel] found error, now what?

I did cvs update and installed the latest version. I got a compile error 
with MoinMoin/until/wikiext.py. So I opened the file and found too strange 
lines, probably someone forget to take them out:
on line 57: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and on line 69: -------------------------

so I commented out these and the install was fine.

Now how can I send the fix back? I never did this before - help me once 
and I will do it myself next time :) and write a help page on that on the 
wiki
