Don't know if this helps, but the Kivy build script for iOS is at
https://github.com/kivy/kivy-ios/blob/master/tools/build-python.sh, and
it references
http://randomsplat.com/id5-cross-compiling-python-for-embedded-linux.html,
which details a process for cross-compiling said to work for Python 3,
as well.
