[Microbit-Python] MicroPython without DAL and compiling under windows (was Re: New version of the microbit DAL)

Interesting, so micropyton will run without the Lancaster University DAL
anymore?  

Do you have a roadmap plan for this porting (or a branch) on git hub to
help the porting? 

Also, is it possible to compile micropython under windows10 using the
yotta installer? 

Is it complex to do?
