[Microbit-Python] [python-uk] Microbit motion sensors at PyCon UK Teachers' Day

No need to hurry, I think the proposal deadline is only for the talk, you
can come up with a sprint in the last minute, but if it is submitted
beforehand it can get advertised on the website or whatever medium they
have for that.
