[Microbit-Python] MicroPython Interpreter Build

If you don't mind running the build system in a virtual machine you could
use Vagrant to set it up with a 1 line command. Alternatively you could
have a look at the shell script running in the Vagrant file to see how it's
setting up Ubuntu.
