[Microbit-Python] Easy install of all the MicroPython toolchain with Vagrant and virtual machines

Hi all,

I've been through the process of getting the toolchain installed, and since
I have several machines and use different operating systems in most of them
I wanted to get an easy and repeatable way to get everything up and running
easily. I heard about Vagrant before, so I though this would be a perfect
use case for it :) Maybe more people will find it useful as well?
