[Microbit-Python] Play Simple Slalom

Attached is "Simple Slalom", a simple game for the Microbit.  Paste the 
contents of the file into upyed and download the firmware to your device.

To play: you are the bright pixel at the bottom.  Walls come towards you 
from the top.  Navigate through the hole in each wall by tilting the 
micro:bit.

The game speeds up as it continues.  When you lose, you're shown a sad 
face, then your score, then the screen goes blank.  Press both buttons 
to start a new game.


I may make a more complex slalom game in the future,
