[Microbit-Python] Python editor designs from Steve

Talking about presenting work, digital whiteboard mode?

Big fonts, etc?

Our team uses pivotal tracker at work, and one of the useful things about
that is a digital whiteboard mode - makes every thing just easier to see at
a distance. It's "just" a CSS change/toggle, but it does make life a lot
nicer.
