[Microbit-Python] Creating In-built tutorial for MicroPython

I am Sourav Singh from India. I go by the Github username souravsingh

I saw an issue opened by Nicholas on making an In-built tutorial for
Micropython.

I would like to know about the views if the group on this. I can start
working on the issue once Nicholas gives the green signal from his side.
