[Microbit-Python] Where to document hardware pitfalls and instructions?

Hi Tom,

This is definitely something that should be shared among all users of
the microbit (Python, TD, JS, etc).  We could start writing up
something, but ultimately it should be put somewhere on
microbit.co.uk.
