[Microbit-Python] Another native solution... this time with QT

I've got a very rough windows executable with the current state of Mu, if
any body else could help me test it on different Windows versions that'd be
quite helpful. Try to download the one with the latest time-stamp from the
link below, but if I do break something, the latest one at the moment of
writing that should be working is mu-2015-12-09_20_12_01.exe
