I've created a calendar for the group at:

I've also rung around and it looks like most venues are closed for the first two or three weeks in Jan so (failing any other ideas - I'd be happy to just get dinner somewhere) I guess we'll skip a meeting and move straight on to Feb. I've booked us into Horse Bazaar for the 1st of Feb.
