[MATRIX-SIG] Possible bug in Numeric LoadArray function

Well, actually my reply was in the engineer's language, which is
to say too detailed to see the real idea.  The recent reply "store it
in the creating machine's format along with an indication of what the
creating machine's format is" is pretty much all I had in mind.

If I get some time and still have energy to think after dancing this
evening I'll think about it more.
